Do I need an appointment to look at prom dresses?
No - you are welcome to drop by whenever it is convenient for you.  Link available above for store hours.
 

When should I order?
As soon as you know 'this is the one'. Once a dress has been sold to a school we will not sell the same dress to the same school. Only Lisa's Bridal Salon takes that extra step to protect your dress from being worn by somebody else at your school.

How long does it take to order?
Gowns will take between 3-4 months to order. Rush orders, if accepted, will be at an additional charge.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit to order your gown is 50% with the balance due within 30 days of the arrival of the gown.

Why should I purchase my dress from Lisa's Bridal Salon?
We have made special arrangements with our suppliers to have exclusive collections. This means you will not see our prom gowns in any other store. We have done this so that we can track the dresses to the schools so that only one is sold per school, regardless of colour.  Please be advised that this applies to prom gowns only.

When should I start alterations?
Once your gown has arrived and you have your shoes please call 604.540.1968 to book your fitting appointment. Alterations must begin no later than one month prior to your event.  Alteration Department hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 11am to 8pm, subject to availability.

How long do alterations take?
Completion time will be advised by the seamstress at the time of the fitting. Alterations must begin no later than one month prior to your event.

What do I need to bring to my alteration appointment?
You will need to bring your shoes and any special undergarment(i.e. bra) that you plan to wear with your dress as it will affect the fit.
