• Personal Styling: Provide personalized styling consultations to prom-goers, helping them select the perfect dress and accessories to match their unique style and body type.
• Trend Expertise: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and prom styles to offer current and stylish recommendations.
• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and positive shopping environment, ensuring each client feels valued and confident in their choices.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of our inventory, including dress designers, fabrics, and sizing options.
• Sales & Service: Assist clients with fittings, alterations, and purchasing, aiming to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Help with the arrangement and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive approach to client service.
