How to Measure
1 • Measure your bust:
Lift your arms and wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Relax your arms with the measuring tape around your back and bust. Where the measuring tape overlaps is the measurement that you should use.
2 • Measure your waist:
Wrap the measuring tape around your waist and relax your mid-section. We do not recommend leaving more than one finger extra space between your body and the measuring tape.
3 • Measure your hips:
Measure at the fullest part of your hips. Remember the following… It is likely that you will require some alterations. A seamstress is able to take in a dress, but not always able to let out a dress due to seam allowance. If you are between sizes keep this in mind or ask your seamstress for advice. All dresses are made to a standard length.
