These Terms and Conditions represent the store policy both online and in-store.
Brides and Bubbles Appointments
This special offering is available on a limited basis and are non-refundable. Pease ensure you have confirmed with your party before booking. Each bride is welcome to bring up to 5 guests to her Sunday Brides and Bubbles appointment.
Final Sale
All sales are final. If you are in any way uncertain, please do not proceed. Once a gown has been ordered from the designer we are unable to cancel; therefore, we cannot provide that option to our clients. To be clear, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Size and Colour
By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging your choice of both size and colour of the dress. Lisa’s Bridal has provided each designer’s size chart for reference but has made clear that alterations will more than likely be required for a custom fit. Lisa’s Bridal is not responsible for any alterations done to the dress and please be aware this may result in additional charges from a seamstress. Colours on a screen vary from computer to computer and should be used as a guideline only.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Our store is located in New Westminster, British Columbia Canada; therefore, you will never pay duty, brokerage or any other type of import cost or fee.
Authorized Retailer
We are an authorized retailer for all of the gowns you see on our site. We only buy directly from reputable designers so that you can be assured of getting the right dress.
Shipping
Upon arrival of your gown we will inspect and ship it directly to you. We will notify you once it has shipped and provide you with a tracking number. Shipping charges, if any, are updated on our site once you have chosen your location.
